Penny is a business-savvy, results-driven leader and communication specialist; a master facilitator of learning and groups. She has 25+ years honing her craft in the field of people capability and organisational development – most industries and all levels/types of people. Using this experience and knowledge, along with an extensive background in behavioural sciences, Penny enables diverse people to work together, she uncovers what make them tick and provides the right development to support them in getting beyond blocks to performance. A strategic thinker, Penny takes a holistic approach to every piece of work to maximise the best chance of results.
