Who am I?
I’m passionate, highly skilled and experienced at enabling people and organisations to perform to their best.
I have a background in education and psychology, a commitment to continuous learning and development, a passion for enabling people to be the best they can be and a discipline to achieve results at the highest quality.
Over the past 30 years I have attended a vast range of professional development initiatives and self-study learning, ensuring I keep my product and professional knowledge up–to-date and abreast of new thinking, evolving workforce requirements and global patterns.
I make things simple (not stupid) and use my background in drama and therapy to add fun, curiosity, depth and engagement. And I intuitively see how to help people rise to whatever challenge they may face. I’m always looking for better ways to involve people in their learning and am as interactive as possible.
